How can I prove that I can afford to make my car payment in an upcoming reaffirmation agreement hearing?

I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in Michigan. The only secured debt that I have is a car loan which I signed a reaffirmation agreement for. Now I have to go to court to prove that I will be able to afford my car payments. My question is how do I prove I can make my payment to the judge? My parents live with me and my mother was my co-signer for the loan. She plans on going and telling the judge that if I can't make my payments she will do it. She doesn't have a very large income though so I am not sure how much of an impact that will have. I really can afford the payments myself but the way they figure expenses for basic things like food and clothing differ from the way I budget. I spend much less than other people apparently. Help?! Cats and Kittens?

I rescued a cat 2 years ago. He became my sister's cat but she's going to college so he's mine again. I rescued another male stray cat also about half a year ago. I rescued 2 more male kittens 2 weeks ago. Now my friend's outdoor cat had 4 babies and her dog ate one of them so she asked if I could "rescue" her cat and it's 3 remaining babies. Her parents won't let her bring the cat inside. It's also very rainy and we are afraid the babies and mom will get sick. I can't take them because we can hardly afford the cats and one dog I have now. None of my friends can take any more cats because most of them already have at least 2 or 3 because they adopt the cats I rescue. Nobody could take the 2 white ones so I kept them. After them my mom said if I sneak the pregnant cat into the house she'll get rid of the kittens and my precious rescue cat Shadow. I don't see why she loves my sister's overweight cat so much. Anyways, how am i going to help provide shelter for the cat and kittens? Maybe I could tell my mom I need them for further veterinary studies? I could pay for all of their expenses because I sell my artwork online and do multiple various tasks for neighbors and friends. I'm painting much more artwork now too because I have to pay for my 2 kittens to be neutered and etc because my mom said if she payed for them she would de-claw them like she de-clawed my sister's cat. I also promised my best friend that once she got a cat (one of the other cat's 3 babies) that I would help her pay for all expenses because she is poor and her mom wants it to not visit the vet or get fixed and she wants it to live off people food because she doesn't want to spend much money on it. Depending on how many classes you are taking, you may need to drop a class or two and use the refunded money for books (you would still need to keep full time status, so you couldn't do this if you were only taking 12 hours to begin with).

A family has a family business. It was left to 3 of the original owners children after his death. It has been discussed about selling withing the next 5 years or so. It has been operated for 70 years. Quite successful, until the economy went bad. One of the current owners recently passed away. Being the youngest of the 3, he didn't plan on passing first. Is granulated sugar suppose to end up bitter?

I've used granulated sugar a couple of times but once, I made a cake using granulated sugar and the cake and cream ended up really bitter. At first I thought maybe it was just because I haven't used it in a while and it may have expired but recently I made a chocolate cake and the cream called for granulated sugar. It was a new box and I've never opened it before. I add some extra to the cream and when I tasted it, it was bitter. Since I had no time to make any new cream, I decided to just use it, hoping the cake's taste will overpower the cream. I put it in the fridge to let it set and the next day when I tried it, the cream wasn't bitter. Is it suppose to be like that? I plan on making some french macarons soon but almost all the recipes call for granulated sugar. I don't really want to use it if it's going to make everything bitter. Can someone help?

What happens if i overpower my 6x9 car speakers?

so i have a bit of an issue, i have 2 12 inch subs, and 2 6x9 speakers. my amp is 2000 watts and its a mono. it requires 4 gauge wiring to operate, this amp powers my subs. i have a seperate 400 watt amp powering my 6x9s. heres my problem, i have 4 gauge wire going to my distribution block. then from the distribution block, i have 10 gauge going to the 400 watt amp, and 4 gauge going to the 2000 watt amp. i realized that the 4 gauge wire isnt really 4 gauges if its powering 2 seperate amps. i took it out of the block and put it in the amp and the subs hit way harder. i was thinking of wiring the 2000 watt amp to the speakers but i know overpowering can ruin subs and speakers. what should i do!

Is it okay for a bunch of players to fight one high level monster? (D&D 4th Edition)?

In my campaign I'm designing, I have about five or six players with an NPC companion face off against a level seven Troll. I did the math, and assuming they follow the general plot they will be around level 3 characters. Is it a good idea for them to fight something so powerful, even if it is only one monster? I mean, a level 7 creature that has no super overpowered abilities shouldn't be too much of a problem. From my knowledge of the game, I don't see very many problems with it, and I can never get the encounter formula exactly right; usually it is too easy or too hard for the players, so I would like to get some outside opinions on this one. Is granulated sugar suppose to end up bitter?

I've used granulated sugar a couple of times but once, I made a cake using granulated sugar and the cake and cream ended up really bitter. At first I thought maybe it was just because I haven't used it in a while and it may have expired but recently I made a chocolate cake and the cream called for granulated sugar. It was a new box and I've never opened it before. I add some extra to the cream and when I tasted it, it was bitter. Since I had no time to make any new cream, I decided to just use it, hoping the cake's taste will overpower the cream. I put it in the fridge to let it set and the next day when I tried it, the cream wasn't bitter. Is it suppose to be like that? I smoked a legal herb, and went to hell.?

Last night sometime after midnight, I smoked a legal plant. I can't remember what it was called, but it had the word "stars" it its name. I've been trying to find it online but it's eluded me so far. Okay, so I'm going to describe the experience. Nothing about this experience was pleasant. First of all, I am familiar with meditation and know how to regulate meditative breathing. I took two really large hits of this herb, thinking it wouldn't be very hard. I was wrong. Within about 1 minute, I started feeling really dizzy and I remember saying, "This feels exactly like when I am about to have a blackout." Then, everything started drastically altering down hill. I was sitting on the floor in a lotus position, and suddenly my entire being was vibrating violently. It was the most horrid sensation of my life, and it lasted, in severity, about 45 minutes to an hour of nonstop hell. Luckily, my wife was there and she was completely sober. She cradled me and held me and it comforted me a lot, but the sensation was no less agonizing. I remember almost everything. I full fledge weeped in her arms a couple of times, and at one point I was repeating the words, "This is terrible, this is terrible; I'm in hell, oh my god, oh my god..." etc. I don't even believe in God and I started praying, "God please help me." Here's a strange sensation that was overpowering: every thing in existence and every thing I felt was mentally represented in my head by shapes. Each sensation had a shape and pattern to it. The act of swallowing, the feeling of holding on to my wife. It was represented in the center of my consciousness by a unique shape. After about 25 minutes or so, I vomited into my wife's lap. It wasn't the last time. I puked about 3 or 4 more times. My wife kept me hydrated with water and at some point I was fed pieces of bread. All of this helped ever so slightly. After about 40 minutes, I started falling asleep. They laid me down where I was and helped me remain comfortable. I fell asleep and woke up on the floor after maybe an hour and was finally slightly lucid. I was able to look at my wife and speak. She helped me get up and take a shower with her, then we went to bed. As I was falling asleep in bed, the effects began to come back and I fearfully clung to my wife for comfort. She was able to coax me back to sleep and now it's 7:43 AM and I still feel a very unpleasant "edginess" over my whole being. I will never try this herb ever again. This is less of a question and more of a "bad trip" blog. Thanks for reading.

Alright all of my fellow Starcraft 2 players, this is no secret, why is Blizzard so intent on making Zerg so OP? I mean I'm a bronze league Terran and every time I go online to play on my ladder, I lose to Zerg's zerglings, banelings, roaches, and most of all mutalisks. Every strategy I go against these zerg players causes me to lose. Strategy 1, mass marines is countered by banelings. Strategy 2, tank marine is countered by zerglings, banelings, and mutalisks. Strategy 3, Thors lose to mutas (although the game says thors counter mutas.) Then if I don't act fast enough I get 6 pooled. My fellow protoss friends agree in this belief because speedlings always destroy them. So, I conducted an experiment of playing 10 ladder games against each race. First, I play against Terran opponents and win 7 of 10. Then I play 10 against protoss which I win 8 of them. But then I face the Zerg players and only win 2. So why does Blizzard make Zerg, so overpowered?

I have two jl audio 12w1v2-4's powered by the r500-1 and they hit so freaking hard! This obviously wont hit as hard because it is just one sub but it will sound great. Jl audio is known know to make some of the lowest hitting subs on the market. My Roommate Wants to get a Dog?

So, my roommate and I are 2 single guys living in an apartment in the city. My roommate wants to get a dog and I am not sure this is a good idea. My roommate is flat broke all the time; he’s even borrowing rent money from me every month until the middle of the month. I had a serious talk with him about finding more income so he can start paying his share of the rent ON TIME. Now he wants “us” to get a 10-month-old puppy. Personally, I love pets a lot, but I am a very busy young man (working full time and part-time grad student) at this point in my life and I can’t afford the time, responsibility and costs that come with taking care of a dog. So, we're looking for a place in the South Pacific to spend three or four months in January of next year. The most obvious ones that come to mind are Fiji, Samoa and Tonga. i'm renting out the first floor of a building as a restaurant in NYC, the building's C of O is not for a restaurant when it was converted 5 yrs ago by previous tenant. I'm aware of the fact that there is no CO and signed a lease that I would have to obtain the C of O no matter the cost. It's been more than a year and a lot of concerns from the NYC building dept has extended the expected time of completion, but it's almost there and I do expect to complete. Money was spent for renovations and architect fees to ensure the approval from the DOB, inspections have been passed but there are more to go. I was too naive to think that it was alright to rent a place with no C of O. If proper authorities find out that the restaurant does not have a CO, that it is being worked on, but the DOB evicts me anyway, will I be able to sue my landlord for expenses paid for renovations and professional fees invested into the building? How are my chances at actually winning the case?
