What kind of air freshener gets out smoke smell?

Someone in my office is a smoker and now the entire office smells when you walk in. I was wondering if I should get a plug in or use a spray to cover the smell, but I want to make sure it is not offensive to my coworkers or clients so I am not sure what would be the best scent or method that would smell good but not overpowering for a work setting.
