What should I do to get into College of the Holy Cross?

I go to a catholic school, have about 59 service hours (that'll go up to about 200 by the time I graduate), a 3.2 GPA, and am in H1 classes, the highest I can currently be in. I have an afterschool job to help with family expenses, so most extra curriculars are out. That being said, what can I do to improve my chances?
