Where could I meet diver Tom Daley?

He's currently in Beijing. However, on 15th and 16th April, it's the FINA World Diving Series at Ponds Forge in Sheffield and he is set to compete at that. Tickets for that are available on a href="http://www.swimming.org/britishswimming/" rel="nofollow"http://www.swimming.org/britishswimming//a and if you go to that and wait outside the pool for him for long enough you'll be able to get his autograph!
